You allow Corruption to fester and make life unbearable for poor people and force them to migrate by the Dunki route and the poorest people become the face of India when just fifteen years ago, it was all about the migrants in silicon valley
A homeless poor Indian is as clean as a homeless poor American, except that the Indian is likely to not be a heroin addict and mugger

A middle class Indian is as clean as a middle class American
The problem is not about personal hygiene but about poverty and mismanagement
No Indian who can afford a bathroom with running water , would do without a bath.
